Hello @Jenny304,
You seem to have set your price a little below the average for the area and it seems to have worked in attracting interest. I did this when starting a year ago.
The guests don't have reviews yet so they can't instant book. They must send a reservation request for you to consider and approve or decline.
If you haven't set "Require guests to go through verification" yet you might consider setting it. It won't apply to the current guests.
It applies to guests who send a reservation request like yours have done.
As you have instant book set you can also click on "Host", then "Manage listings", then "Manage listing", then "Booking settings" and click to set any or all of "Government issued ID", Recommendations from other hosts", "Guest trip information". Again these won't apply to your current requesters.
If you haven't already required government issued ID you could message each of the guests and ask that they go through the verification process. You don't get to see their ID but can take some comfort from it if they go through the process. If they do it you'll be able to see that on theri profile. I'd also require them to upload a profile photo showing their face.
If they don't ID themselves then I'd decline the reservation.
You can also ask about the reason they're booking your place and why they're in the area. If you get a good feeling from their reaponses and they ID themselves then you can use your judgement about accepting them.
One other thing you can try is to see if you can find them on Facebook. That's worked for me a few times in the past.
