dynamic price

hi, i have started using dynamic pricing and my price is always at the lowest of the dynamic pricing level. any idea why? also the price does not change for 3 months. i thiught dynamic prices adjust.

I noticed that my dynamic price got really low when it got to be only a week away. A lot of my bookings are last minute so that wasn't going to work for me.

Now I have the "low" setting at what I want to get and my high settings are really high.

strange too.... it works for others it seems when i look at their listings...

I cannot seem to override dynamic pricing.  Can anyone assist?
