getting help on the site

I have searched for an hour and i cannot find an email or a phone number with which to contact Airbnb directly on this site? Can anyone help me? I have a question which is not answered by any of the prefabricated Help Page questions. I also find it insulting that hosts cannot contact our employer.

Type "contact airbnb" in the "Search the community" box at the top of the main page of this community help forum.

One of the results will be a link to the "Contact Airbnb: A community help Guide" article.

That has information on how to contact Airbnb.

@Andree3, Actually I find this quite staggering that you have 240+ reveiws and you have no idea how to contact Airbnb...all I can say is WOW!

Before I did my first hosting I made sure I had a comprehensive contact regime in place in case anything went wrong.

Gee Andree, I hope you attend to other details of your hosting better than you have attended to this one.

@Steve143 is correct, follow his advice, We could give you all the contact info but, it's about time you did something for your self!

The last time I looked for the email it was possible to find it, in the place that you indicated. It is not longer there. Nor is a phone number. Try this yourself, and if you find this information, please pass it along to me. I am not incompetent, as you suggest.Thanks.

Note also, that I am not the only one with this complaint. Here is the page that comes up when you type in "contact Airbnb" as suggested.

When I type "contact airbnb" suggestions show up, one of which is "Contact Airbnb: A community Help Guide".

Scrolling down on the link you mentioned also shows "Contact Airbnb: A Community Help Guide" as one of the links.

Steve, thanks for your attention, but I have tried what you said and found no page with either an email or a phone number. If you can find such a page, please do post the link. As I have mentioned, both the Facebook page and the "contact Airbnb" link on the Community page features hundreds of complaints just like mine. This is a new thing. A few months ago their customer service was excellent. I don't know what happened.

If selecting the "Contact Airbnb" suggestion that shows up like on my previous screenshot does not work for you do as I also suggested which is to go to the link you yourself posted in a recent reply.

Scroll down in that page and you will see red text saying "Contact Airbnb: A community Help Guide".

Click on that link and you will see an article that has a long list of phone numbers.

Clicking on most of the other links on that page will also reveal subsequent links to the same information.

I have also just googled "contact airbnb" and that showed lots of results.

Ok, now for another option!

Go to Airbnb's Facebook page and type in a 'Guest' question in the box provided on the left side of the page and within a short amount of time someone will respond to your question!

And the third option is .....

I find the best and easiest way to contact Airbnb regarding any issues I may be having is by using Twitter.  Airbnb seems to have dedicated staff who monitor their Twitter feeds and I usually hear back from them within 5-10 minutes of posting my isssue.

Step 1: Log into Twitter

Step 2: Search for @Airbnbhelp and choose "Follow" them

Step 3: Send a Direct Message (DM) explaining your issue and wait for their response.  They may ask for information such as your listing but always provide it over DM so it is not public. Cheers to Dave & Deb for this infotmation!

Now there you go Andree, these are the contact options for Airbnb. We do get frustrated when we have to do this sometimes three times daily all because hosts just will not take a second to take notice of what they are being told. This information came straight from the Search the community box, just as Steve said it would!

Relax @Steve143....I think we have done our bit!!
