guest blows out three outlets by turning plug upside down while still in outlet

I gave him the night refunded for not having aircon because he did not come out of his room  after my family went out at midnight and left at 2am after running extension cords.

The contractor came the next morning and determined the outlets had electricity but there had been  a short due to the aircon plug being turned upside down in his room.

He also threw out one of my mugs filled with melted black wax and hair and an empty cigarette packet after complaining about a guest smoking and it was in his bag of garbage that he gave to us directly so he must not care that we know.

So he is starting his new reservation and I am supposed to write a review ... he is staying longer.  Should I be worried or were these just accidents?

Now after daily sweeping after his crumbs, he has thrown out the ziploc bag I put his corn flakes in.  Is he a saboteur so we will get bad reviews on airbnb?    I don't understand the issue with the ziploc bag but I don't feel I owe him.  He also complained that other roommates were talking outside his room so my brother moved everyone upstairs and called me immediately to let me know.   I don't think these are serious individually but his email made it sound like he hadn't spoken to them and minimized the harm done to him so I didn't give him a full night's refund.   It's hard to know.

He also got an expensive and useless lock placed on his closet door after complaining about his things exposed to different guests.   The key to the stupid lock is copyable so the lock is useless to me after he moves out of the room.

Should I cancel the rest of his stay?  I already found a place nearby with the same budget.  I am worried about his not cleaning his hair out of the tub after that melted wax incident that required hours of scrubbing probably because of the wax and also his kitchen untidiness is really getting worse.  He doesn't clean out the filter of his food from the dishes and his crumbs like corn flakes are everywhere and he was quite obnoxious about it - that he ONLY left debris from the process of filling his cereal to a bowl.

I might lose all my plates and forks and spoons.    He seems strangely antagonistic.    I don't know why since we are giving him a good price.   We are going to have a bug explosion at this rate.

Should I cancel him?

I sense it's either a psycho type or a nerd in the old meaning of this word trying to challenge everyone around. I wouldn't host him unless I was forced to (by, for example, Airbnb's cancellation policy as it happened in the past).

Not the sort of business I want.

I would cancel him.  Sounds like a nut and possibly a dangerous one.  Turning the plug upside down could have caused a fire or severe injury.  Having to clean for hours after a guest is not right.  If you found someone else to take him I would also warn that place, it's only right.  If he gives you a bad review, you can write something up about his lack of understanding about the rules and how electricity works.  Anyone who added something like a lock or destroyed anything wouldn't be asked to return.
