house information methods

Hi all, can anyone tell me how to provide/attach house information to upcoming (booked) guests who would like it ahead of time? I retrieved the guest email offered on airbnb and got delivery failure. Should I ask guests direcftly for email? Thanks

Hello @Ellen99. Did you look at that address? Was it on an independent domain or airbnb? To my knowledge, airbnb doesn't share the guests' email addresses with their hosts. Possibly, you would have to ask the guest for that address directly.

If this is a confirmed booking, and you are referring to the House Manual, your guests should have access to it.  Guests receive this information once they’ve confirmed a reservation—it isn’t included on a listing page.
