how do I find the question I posted?

I am posting questions on this forum. Afterwards, a day or two later, I am returning to see if there are any replies to my posted questions. How do I find my posted question to see if there is any activity?

At the top-right of the page, click on your profile picture. Then click on Community Activity. You will be able to see any posts you have made there.
