This question is so basic I wonder if you are looking for some other type of verification than what Air BNB provides. Are you? If not, then I am concerned that you are not taking advantage of all the great hosting information Air BNB provides for your business.   Looks like you have two lovely listings and it would be terrible if you learn by trial and error.  Puruse the Help Center.  It is easy and informative.
