I really feel like there should be an option to allow refunds no matter when the reservation is cancelled. i literally do NOTHING special to prepare the room or environment (as i live here it's already clean to host 24/7 if im here) so to me allowing cancellations at any time would be great. i don't feel like i need the money for guests that didnt stay. how do i make this happen? i already have it set to the most flexible policy there is and yet all 3 of the cancelations i have had i've had to call in to get them a refund and/or cancel.
