I wanted to know why Airbnb credit the host late? I understand host don't get paid until guess check-in. But, guest who stay more than 1 month the next payment always comes late.

Hello Does any one know if there is a contact number or email that we can find a customer service person.....I have been trying to find out why payment isn't happening.....tried to email the CEO put the system won't let me in HELP! Very frustrating to deal with no one on the other end.....Sandra

Lovely to meet you. Sorry to hear you are experiencing difficulties.
I am not sure from your post if you have be able to check the status of your payment via your 'Transaction History' on your Airbnb account, if not that might help. Also, the time it takes for the money to reach you account can vary depending upon the processing time of your payment method, there is a useful Help Center article on this.
Lastly, to address your specific question there is lots of information on how to reach the Support Team here in the Community Center, either via the Search Bar and also here is a useful Community Guide (created by a host here in the CC).
