For some reason I did not receive a test notification of an enquiry from a potential quest. I do have availability for the requested dates, but the 24 hour response period has expired and I am unable to contact them through the usual route. Does anyone have any advice on how I can get hold of this potential guest in a situation like this?
You cannot at this time. You will see that the dates they inquired are also blocked on your calendar. This is the penalty for failing to respond.

I'd reach out to AirBnB--their push notification system has been acting up for the past week for us. We've had to take to checking the website a few times a day because we stopped receiving notifications of hosting inquiries or messages from guests. We haven't seen anything from AirBnB explaining what is going on or when it will be fixed.
