long-term pricing option not available

I do not see any long term pricing option in the Pricing Settings - just "Long term Discounts" -- which does not offer options to change by season either. Any advice?

You can change your pricing on your calendar for up to a year in advance.  The discounts are a percentage so you can adjust according to what you want to do.  Is that what you are seeking?

No. The Help menu instructions say that you can set custom "Long-term Prices" under "Pricing Settings" for specific date ranges, however this "Long-term Prices" option does not exist. Setting weekly & monthly "Discounts" is NOT the same thing at all. Airbnb needs to either reactivate this apparently-once-available option, or remove these instructions from the Help menu.

Same problem.  The directions for setting weekly and monthly rates say to go to Price Settings, then Long Term Pricing and THIS DOES NOT EXIST.  Weirdly enough, I happened upon it at some point and set weekly and monthly rates, and now I can't find it again.  So my settings do appear under Long Term Discounts, but Long Term Pricing does not.  Very confusing, and I was trying to tell a friend how to do it and can't figure it out again.

Its akward...go to your listing...look at drop menu on far left...little horizontal bars..choose pricing which will take you to a page which will take you to your calendar with the change prices form on the right and the option for long term discounts below that. Whew!
