my status in jeopardy?

I am confused. I have gotten all 4 and or 5 star reviews from every guest, so why is my status in jeopardy? 63%  5 stars. 37% 4 star

reviews. why is that putting my status injeopardy?

i had to cancel a couple guests over the summer as my mother was dying of cancer and i was out of town trying to organize hospice etc. none of the gusts had a problem with those cancelations once i explained. so what gives?

@Donna72  Perhaps it would help you to read the Help Center articles about Super Host.  Usually any cancellation will block Super Host designation for a year.

but i never was a superhost.

When you have extenuating circumstances you need to contact AirBnB and let them handle the cancellations.

David

that is another problem, how do i contact them?

I don't see that you are a Superhost so I presume you mean your status hosting with AirBnB. If that is the case then the amount of cancellations will factor into that equation. The amount of 4 star reviews also seems to factor in that equation. If you had extenuating circumstances it would have been best if you phoned AirBnB to handle the cancellations. If you cancel the guests reservations not only are you dinged $50 for each one, but it also counts against where you are placed in the search listings. It's all done by computers and speaking to someone at AirBnB would assist you gaining clarification.

thx, but how do i phone them?

@Donna72  Apparently several hosts were confused by your posting and use of the word "status".  It appears your real question is how to contact Air BNB.  Please look at the community guide found right here on this site.  Just use search word contact.
