payout

Hi Everyone 

 I have a guest booked my place for 11 days, the total amount in reservation is HKD 8920

However I got payout sent by Airbnb for amount HKD 4767.

I am not sure if this is error from airbnb and whom I should talk this to? Or Airbnb make payout in two instalments?

Or my clinet has amended dates of staying, however I have not got any amendament request. 

I still can see the orignal reservation for amount HKD 8920.

I do not think anyone on the forum can help you with this issue - you would need to contact airbnb.
