phone app not working

The notifications are not working on my phone application. It stays at one new message, but there is no pending items to address. It is not alerting me about new reservations or reviews needed. In addition, my saved messages are no longer there.

My notifications haven't worked for a month now. I tried deleting the app and reinstalling, but it still has false notifications. I've complained to Airbnb twice. No response. This seems to be a known issue. My husband has the same problem.

I too have the same issue. I just ignore it now and hope it goes away by next month

Also the same issue. I'm not OCD but it does frustrate me that it has notifications showing for no reason. I've checked everywhere and I can't acknowledge it.

I have the problem as well as not getting paid by Airbnb for a booking completed 8 days ago even though it says Airbnb have the $$$
