reference after time limit

HI there,

  Is there a way of leaving a reference for a guest after the time limit?  My guest extended his stay at the last minute so I didn't leave a reference when asked as he still had 2 weeks left of his extended stay.  I thought I would receive another request for a reference at the end of his extended stay but I didn't receive one and I can't see how I can leave a review for him now I have missed the time limit for the initial reference request.

 I want to leave him a good review!
