refunds

Hi,

had a client that left my apartment a mess, broge the microwave glass plate, plastics shelfs on the refrigirator door, stole a meat knife, torn the curtain, destroyed sheets, broke in into my closet where I keep speares and cleaning produtcs..

When I entered into apartmen after 4 days I was so shocked what they did with the place I was speechless. Red wine spilled everywhere, starnge substances, opened empty plastic bags..

Now I am first time asking for a refund from the client. I had quite some till now and everything ok. But now..

The client accualy totally ignored my request. he said that glass plate broke alone he was not even there..??!?! Other things he just ignored in his reply.

What do I do?
