review not posting

Hi,

I hosted a guest a few months ago and they tried to leave a review but were having trouble with the site. The review never posted, though he sent me what he meant to leave. I would love for it to be included on my listing. It is positive and will help guests know what kind of experience to expect. What should I do?

Hi Nicole, 

have you tried reaching out to Airbnb? Yourself having the review from the guest ought to suffice, methinks. 

I came here for a different q: my review shows as posted under Reviews By You, but isn't showing up on the host's profile... Not my first review, so I know what I'm doing...
