Hi,

I'm wondering if anyone else is having an issue with leaving a response to a guests review. I had these great guests and wanted to comment under their review and I have tried several times and it won't post. any ideas?

Yes, @Donna63, you can leave a public response by going to Host, then in the drop down menu select Reviews. Under the guest's review you will see "Leave a Public Response" in red letters.  Click on it.  Remember, this will be a public response for the world to see.

Hi Claire,

thanks for the tip but I did that and for some reason it will not load so I guess I'll contact Airbnb. Out of 27 reviews this is the first time this has happened!
