I have been quoted a pre approved figure as a host including service charge which is correct.My potential guest is repeatedly shown a figure that includes two service charges and I am liable to lose her business unless i can resolve this.Any ideas?It is quoting a cleaning fee and a service charge ,normally I only make one such charge
I am amazed that I have just been charged £76 for a cancellation 24 hours after I made it.
I immediately tried to retract it but the emails came back as 'unable to deliver'. I think this is a disproportiate amount to charge for a simple mistake for a booking well in advance.
