Hi Clare,

Thank you. I do have a question which i believe i posted earlier this morning (haven't heard back).

I am a bit confused about whether or not only short-term rental hosts are required to register in San Francisco. You see, id only do a sublet once in a while for 30 days or longer. I have a request pending and i need to clarify.

@Brock0 I would recommend that you post your question in the San Francisco Community as I'm sure you'd get a faster response there.  At the top of this Community page on the left you will see a menu icon.  Click on it and scroll down to Cities where you will find the San Francisco Community.
