AirBNB staff don't look into my support request properly and just get rid of me

Host cancelled with the weather policy that wasn't even and issue and I had already checked with her a few days before.

Instead Airbnb just stick to their policy BS with no awareness of what this situation did to me

It was all a scam but they basically let her get away with it and do nothing for me.

All they wanted to do was close my call and I couldn't get anyone to listen to me properly

Did the Host cancel due to the flooding situation? What was the "weather" issue?

If a hosts cancels a booking Airbnb would normally help you identify similar listings in the area. 

I know Spain has had some dreadful floods so if you are looking to stay in one of the areas that have been flooded this is likely to be challenging @Sarah6345 

in what way do you feel the host who cancelled has scammed you ?
