Airbnb issue

Airbnb canceled a guest after 2 month of booking. Airbnb fully refunded the guest and I now have to pay 2 month of my own rent to Airbnb. The guest stayed 2 months. 

airbnb said they had to cancel for safety reason because the guest violated conditions on another booking. I don’t see how this is my problem and why Airbnb has fully refunded the guest the two month they have stayed!!!

 

Ive been with their support for a few weeks now. I get the same answer that they are investigating and for safety reasons the guest must leave. However I don’t get any info or any replies when I ask about the rent and the money Airbnb is requesting. They want me to pay for the 2 month of the guest. 

 

Their support is horrible and useless. I have never seen such incompetence. 

can anyone help get these thieves legal trouble please? And my money back.

@Mid294 It looks like you will need to initiate a small claims court claim against Airbnb.
