Airbnb not allowing me to book due to "party"

Airbnb is * not even funny. I have no bad ratings nor use it often and when I try to book for me and my business colleagues, it automatically flags the booking as "Suspected party" and ive had my account for more than 3+ years. * How do you assume a party with those who literally have done nothing wrong and going thru a hotel costs more.

ABB Trust and Safety team have been instrumental with this and using AI automated bots without giving people the benefit of the doubt which is not in compliance with Common laws and is clearly Discrimination and prejudice.

There Party Ban system is flawed.

It would be helpful if someone put their hand up and admitted a failure because innocent people in need of accommodation are being discriminated against for absolutely no valid justification.

Or has Constitutional law been thrown out the door?

The blanket approach they have taken has not factored into account geography or the fact that the majority are not going to have a "Party" that is in breach of Common Decency standards.

Some of these decisions based on using XYZ number of people or XYZ distance locally or the fact it's a public holiday or a person under the age of 25 years of age are beyond belief without looking at the facts first and foremost of each individuals circumstances.

Behavior Scientists formerly known as Psychologists and Data Mining (also known as Statistics) using blanket approaches are flawed and Junk Science.
