Booking request for guest with 11 reviews but no trips!

Hi, I'm relatively new to Airbnb so would really appreciate any help or advise.

Earlier today I had a request for a 3 day break arriving on Christmas Day. I advised that I could offer a Boxing Day arrival. I'm nervous as on the guest profile it states that they have 11 reviews but no trips. Just wondering how this could be possible.

Forgot to mention, that I can't see where I can read these 11 reviews which I've always been able to do for previous guests.

@Gaenor1 We got a booking yesterday where the guest was a member since 2017 and n reviews. His profile said 117 reviews and another area on the booking said 26 reviews. None of the reviews were visible. I suspect Airbnb has a major system glitch at present.
