Why am I no longer receiving bookings?

The Airbnb Search Display position as part of the algorithm is Overall Review and you fell below the preference of 4.8.

You have a lot of stays it looks like a few negatives and though someone gives you a 5 still look at the categories, Airbnb does not accumulate so the guest can rate a 5 Overall and ding you in Categories.  You need to review some areas are really slipping.

A suggestion for ice They sell countertop ice maker machines.  People traveling with kids usually want more fridge space just provide a big cooler  with some ice.  Children you have dtinkk pouches or soda takes up a lot of room

Use the Airbnb Custom Discounts 20% and Airbnb markets your sale.Don't do a large Group of days do a couple here and a couple there. You can have Airbnb market multiple sales on each liksting

Airbnb prioritises bookings with higher rankings and Chester is a competive marketplace . Plus we are in low season in the UK. 

 

can I ask when you have a space sleeping up to 6 people why you don't offer a fridge freezer rather than just a fridge?

 

have a look at your guest feedback and see if there are areas you might improve on - maybe stay for a few nights while it's quiet - it's a great way to pick up on issues .
