Can't get SMS code in text

Hi,

I tried to log in with my Gmail account, but it forced me to log in with phone verification code, which I can't receive... I can receive SMS from other websites easily.

Then after a few tries my account was blocked for 24 hours... I'm surprised there is not a single other way to log in...

Obviously this verification code system of Airbnb doesn't work.

Can somebody from customer service team help me? Thank you so much!

Hi @Zekun0, I was wondering if you managed to receive the SMS code via text? If not, I'd highly recommend you get in touch with Airbnb Support through the Help Centre: https://www.airbnb.co.uk/help/?audience=guest
