Can't message upcoming guest

Someone booked my place however I can't seem to message them.  Is this a setting on the guests side?    Thanks for the help!

Did you check your Inbox  ?

I can "message" all other guests through the airbnb app but for this particular guest the app doesn't have the message button.  Only the "call" button.  No way to send her a text or email.

Maybe they only have a landline??  Try calling CS and asking.  good luck.
