Cancel booking

I would like you to give me information, I do not wish to cancel my booking.
I booked a condo in Pattaya for 3 months, Airbnb already charged the advance.
My question is: Can I use the condo for one month and cancel the last two months of the reservation.
What penalties will I receive?

@Jorge2564 It depends on what cancellation policy you signed up for when you booked. There are at least 2 policies for log term stays.

It will say on your booking confirmation what policy you booked under @Jorge2564  this will tell you want will happen in terms of cancellation penalties if you cancel
