I have a reservation request that I have some questions about, but there is no option to message guest? I only have the option to accept or decline. Am I missing something, I always remember having a message option.
Airbnb has screwed that up lately. Don’t know if they intend to fix.
As a workaround, go to your inbox while in host mode. You can respond to all of your messages, inquiries, requests, etc. there.
Thank you. I called CS and they said it is a glitch right now and to go in through the inbox which worked.
@Holly142 I don't know if it's a glitch or someone's ridiculous idea of a good format change, but as Pat said, you can message the guest by going to your hosting Inbox.
