Getting help from resolution centre?!

Hi,

 

I had the unfortunate experience of guests causing damage to my property! I have photographs and a string of texts from the guest admitting to the damage yet she “couldn’t afford” to pay straight away.  Obviously I involved the air bnb resolution centre but it’s now 7 days later and there is still no response

 

when I ring the customer service number they say it’s not their area and I just have to wait.

 

Anybody have any suggestions?

@Victoria1192 The process has been known to take several weeks. 

Eurgh so annoying how quickly they’ll take your money but not sort problems out

Will this work even though it’s UK issue?

I had a guest leave my home in in a mess and left heating on at maximum. The guest admitted this and refused to pay any cleaning fee or answered phone calls from air Bnb. Air bnb said  they would give me a nominal refund for the experience, but it has been several weeks, more phone calls, wasted time, more distress and yet air Bnb are still to cough up a mere $30 to compensate their host. Very disappointing.
