Guest medical emergency, wants partial refund

Guest claimes to have a medical emergency and wants to leave 2 days early from a 9 day stay. Asking for partial refund. They say their baby had to be brought to the hospital and now they want a place close by to the children's hospital. 

What are my options here? If I were to provide a partial refund, how is this done?

@Florian160 Best option is to offer a partial refund IF you manage to rebook the property. Otherwise suggest they claim on their travel insurance.
