Guests didn’t follow rules

Hi! Our neighbor just complained about our guests after I had posted a glowing review. Apparently the guests did not adhere to the no party rule or the quiet hours rules. Is there anything I can do now that I’ve posted a review?

@Dorothy221 It depends. You have 48 hours to edit a review as long as the other party has not written theirs yet. You can also ask Airbnb to remove it (perhaps no review is better than falsely glowing one). As the author, you have the right. Also report the guest for a party violation.

I’m not sure but I think you can edit your review if the guest hasn’t posted theirs yet.

If they have posted a review you will be able to comment on it and I hope you will mention your neighbor’s complaints.

Anything that annoys the neighbors can lead to big trouble.

If they had a big noisy party you should probably notify Airbnb and note that you didn’t authorize it.
