Host has NEVER provided me the apartment which I already paid

Hi,

My host has never provided me any apartment. He reached out me on WhatsApp and told me. I don't have the apartment ready which you booked but here is other option

1.) some room in hotel

2.) some other apartment ( don't know where )

I told him that I'm not interested that I want the apartment that I booked and he stopped talking to me. Can somebody do something because it's my money ?

This is terrible! As Bob correctly suggested, did you happen to reach out to Airbnb Customer Support to report the Host?

Thanks for suggestion. I tried to call the airbnb support today and they told me that they will call me about that ( some person assigned to those problems ). I'm still waiting for the call. If I don't receive the call, I will call again.
