Hosting Reviews and Superhost not updating

Hello,

We are new hosts and want to see our reviews and stats to become a Superhost but after 5 reviews they do not show up in the Insights>Reviews tab. Also the stats for Superhost are not updated (or never have) as we are 0s across the board.

Is the screenshot from your own profile? I don't see the reviews from guests there either. The listing says "stay with Melisa" and the reviews seem to be on her profile. Hopefully the insights page is correct on that profile?
