Inquiry About Automated Messaging for Differing Guest Duration Stays

Hello Everyone,

 

I am writing to inquire whether it is possible to set up separate automatic messages catering to guests based on the duration of their stay. Specifically, I would like to implement the following:

 

1. For guests staying one night, I wish to send an automatic message at 7:00 PM on the same day as their arrival to check in and ensure everything is going well with their stay.

 

2. For guests staying two nights or more, I would prefer to send an automatic message the morning after they check in to confirm that everything is fine and that they are enjoying their stay.

 

Could you please inform me if this functionality is available within the Airbnb platform? If so, I would appreciate guidance on how to set it up.
