I am currently having a major problem with a guest who has been spreading lies to our staff. After an investigation by Airbnb, I now have to fire my loyal staff who have been working for us for 15 years. Airbnb can find 100 reviews from guests that our staff loved. After 1 negative review from a sick woman, I now have to fire my staff or I will not be allowed back on Airbnb with my listings. I provided proof of how sick this guy is. she threw olive oil in the pool and the water pump and we have a major damage report. Airbnb's investigation was supposed to take 48 hours and it has now been 7 days. why are they doing this? I can't get in touch with Airbnb after several phone calls and feel horribly discriminated against by them.
