Late stay - no communication

I have had guests for 9 days. I met with them last night and confirmed 11am check out.  I just got home from work and everyone is still here with dog and all their stuff. I had plans that have to be changed and it will now be an imposition to get ready for my next guest.  Do I charge a full day? They are 8 hours late and counting.

I would absolutely charge them for the extra day and leave an honest review . Send them a request for payment through airbnb and make sure they pay it before they check out.

The ride left and got busy with other things. No legit reason 

so I charged an extra day.  They stayed 9 hours past check out and I had to cancel plans that evening.  Very frustrating.  So the request for an extra day was declined. I have sent a message directly with no response.  I am trying to resolve but feel totally frustrated.
