My app only is not opening

Hi , I have been having problems with the app . When try to open it it just show the Airbnb logo than the app go blank and that it .. I have tried every way and still nothing .. Deleted it , restarted the phone and nothing when I go to the website on my computer works , but not in my phone .. Any help ?

Hi @Silverio20, just adding to @Patricia2526's comment here. If you could try the troubleshooting steps below that would be great. If the problem persists, please let me know:

 

  • Log out (on all affected devices/browsers)
  • Close all browser windows/tabs (on all affected devices/browsers)
  • Open ONE new window (on all affected devices/browsers)
  • Clear cache and cookies and browser history (on all affected devices/browsers)
  • Delete & re-install app (if applicable)
  • Log in with email associated with your Airbnb account

Hi @Silverio20 Are you usinh IOS or android? 

Sometimes after an update, the app temporarily crashes for certain devices.  

Please check if there’s a software update available on your phone or for the Airbnb app.
