My recent guest must have smoked in the room. It stinks to high hell! What do I do? My listing says not smoking.

Oh yeah, and you have you have to open up the resolution case before the next guest checks in and before  14 days have passed.

Hello.  We are new to the Airbnb community.  I've been reading thru all the "Help" items.  But thought I would give this forum a try, as the comments seems to be informative.  We published our listing the end of March and we've had good interest in our place.  Our 3rd guest just checked in yesterday.  My husband and I are not smokers, and our house rules clearly state no smoking.  However, it was very evident that out last two guest smoked in our home. We are wondering if any of you have any advice or specific language that you use in your house rules around not smoking, and ramifications if they do smoke? Thank you.
