Poor Standards by host and AIRBNB

ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!!! 

 

Look at this reply from support when I asked for a partial refund from a HOST that was NON RESPONSIVE after I arrived and there were not proper window coverings on the window that faced the busy street and a FRATERNITY house in Austin TX!!! ABSOLUTELY Ridiculous....that would mean that every picture you see of a listing should be 100% the same as on the site...I guess including every piece of furniture, every pieces of decoration, every towel etc!!!! Can not believe that this is allowed or backed by AIRBNB....dispicable!!!!

Ha….I did…what a joke!! They are just not refunding me because the Host said NO!!! Seriously!!!?! What standards does AirBnb hold these hosts to!! The Host says NO and there is no consequence for the host, no standard??? I might as well rent a space off of Craigslist and take my chances!!! What a joke of a company!! Will NEVER use again and will be sure to spread the word as much as humanely possible!!!
