Recently I have potential guest that are asking about the facilities and suddenly she send me her email address which is this kind of conversation is prohibited, the reason why guest is email is because she didn't recieve the kitchen photos that she has been asking for, in this reason she send her personal email address for me to send kitchen photos. .
Kindly help me how improves this kind of situation.

Probably some sort of scam.
Please search the community. there are several recent threads discussing this.
There’s no reason to communicate with a guest outside of the Airbnb chat before a reservation, and in my opinion, even during a stay, only in case of an emergency. Otherwise, it’s best to stick to the chat!
If you have photos of your kitchen, include a description highlighting essential details potential guests will want to know if you provide kitchen tools, pots, pans, and other essentials. For safety, avoid communicating outside the platform and simply encourage guests to reach out with any questions about the property.
