Realised giving special treatment to guests is game changer

I have started doing something different from my last 14 bookings and out of those 14 bookings 9 gave a 5-star long review. I created an aesthetic looking template that consists of 8 messages. But it is not just a conventional text message, I was sending it in a photo form like a letter. Guests feel like it is handwritten especially for them, doing this also creates a sense of love for guests to not abuse even a single thing of the owner's home. and the best part is, unlike text messages, this letter photo will stay in guest's gallery and its a high chance it will remind them to give a review.
