Reviews comments impact on Bookings

2 weeks ago a guest made a false claim about flies in the Airbnb Appartment during his 5 days stay. Ironically, he did not tell me any of this but went ahead after checking out to make this claim. I have a feeling it was a retaliation against my clean up- before you leave policy that I reminded him off. I haven’t had any books since then. I reached out to Airbnb customer service to remove the comments from my page because it is antagonizing the image. However, they  refuse d to take it down. What do I do in this instance because of this post, all my future bookings have been cancelled by guests.

Since Airbnb won’t remove the review, the best approach is to respond professionally and proactively to minimize its impact.
