I stayed at Cape Coral in florida, but never received an email to leave a review. Junk mailbox does not show the email either. I am under 14 days.  Any reason why?

It might also be a good idea to contact the support team to better understand why you did not receive an email. 👉 Here is the link where you can contact them.
