Send of Request Money button not appearing

Guest canceled for medical reasons and I want to give a full refund but the Send Money button does not appear for this guest in the details. Anyone know how to resolve this?

@Peter3862 Peter , unless you have received money already then do not refund anything . Leave it to Airbnb , otherwise you risk owing Airbnb money which will be reclaimed until the booking was due to commence. You cannot refund money you do not have Peter. Please please please tell your guest that Airbnb will take care of any refunds . You have a policy which Airbnb will honor, some hosts seem to believe that they can be genourous if they wish , without realising that they have no money from that booking. This is especially problematic if their refunded booking was far in the future , they then find intermediate bookings garnished until the beginning of the original booking , when they are paid out. ... You do not have the money, Airbnb does. Ask the guest to cancel and you then can then exercise  the Full Refund option.
