Sending localized scheduled emails to improve guest communications & experience.
I'm a newbie host, but spent many years in software and CX. I'm surprised that a global company that delivers a localized UX for guests online & in the AirBnB app, doesn't enable hosts to do the same in scheduled emails?! Relying on guests to hit the Translate button for important check-in instructions, for example, is not a great experience. Is there a way to allow hosts to use a shortcode to determine which localized message to send?

Don't know what you mean by CX and UX???
Scheduled messages with short codes are available on Airbnb messaging.
There is a translate button that is attached to messages, if not automatically translated. But it dies fail occassionally.
I use short codes all the time. Search Airbnb articles for instructions.
