I would like to report a very serious safety incident that happened after a booking in Barcelona.
The host informed me before the reservation that the third night would be “in the same apartment,” but later moved me to another flat about 45 minutes away on foot, in an area with a very high level of crime. That night, I was assaulted at knifepoint and filed an official police report.
I have already shared all the evidence and police documentation with Airbnb Support and AirbnbHelp, but the same apartments remain active under a different host profile, even after I reported it several times.
I am concerned that, despite these reports, Airbnb has not taken any visible action to suspend or review those listings, which could put other guests at risk.
I am available to provide all documentation privately to the Trust & Safety team if required.

Quisiera reportar un incidente de seguridad muy grave ocurrido tras una reserva en Barcelona.
El anfitrión me informó antes de la reserva que la tercera noche sería “en el mismo alojamiento”, pero después me trasladó a otro piso a unos 45 minutos andando, en una zona con altísimo nivel de criminalidad. Esa noche sufrí un atraco con arma blanca y presenté denuncia ante la Policía Nacional.
Ya he remitido toda la documentación y denuncia a Airbnb Support y AirbnbHelp, pero los mismos apartamentos siguen activos bajo otro perfil, pese a haberlo comunicado varias veces.
Me preocupa que Airbnb no haya suspendido ni revisado estos anuncios, lo que podría poner en riesgo a otros huéspedes.
Estoy disponible para enviar toda la documentación de forma privada al equipo de Trust & Safety si lo necesitan.
