I always put my OOHID on the key ring in case guests don’t turn up
I am new to Airbnb and having some trouble setting up my property.
My property has 4 en-suite bedrooms with 1 common kitchen living room and patio. I am renting per room, I was advised to set up each room as a separate listing which I did. However if I make a change on one calender it replicates in all four listings. Help
Hi @Indera2
It sounds like your calendar sync settings might be causing this issue. When changes on one calendar replicate to all four listings, its usually due to a linked calendar setup
See if the calendars are linked. If they are, unlink them to prevent updates from affecting all rooms. Make sure each room is set up as its own independent listing with its own availability.
Thanks for this suggestion. The thing is, I don’t know what I did to sync them.
Can you advise how I undo this?
Indera
In synchronisation just go to the calenders and then availablity section and in bottom you can remove synchronisation
Hi @Indera2
To access calendars settings go to listing menu, go to Pricing and Availability.
.Scroll down and find Calendar sync.
If calendars are linked, you’ll see the imported or exported iCal links here.
Click on the Trash Bin icon or Remove next to the linked calendar you want to disconnect.
You’ll need to do this individually for each room to ensure they’re all independent.
After unlinking, make sure to save your settings.
Hope this helps.
@Indera2 you shouldn't have linked the calendars. Remove these links and all will work well
Much thanks, but can you tell me to to unsync as I am not aware of what I did to link them.
Mike I checked but the calendars are not linked so why is this happening?
