Squatters rights in MA

Hello AirBNB Community,

I am a newbie here and i am gathering information and experiences that may help me in the future when i open as a host. 

I let a so called friend live in my home for a short time, she knew i would be asking her to leave, due to opening my AirBNB, however i learned very quickly that in the state of Massachusetts Squatters have rights! 

My question is How does AirBNB protect me from this nightmare. It cost me almost 7,000.00 to get her out of my home.

Hello Airbnb is simply a marketing platform for your STR business . It's up to you as the business owner to understand your local tenancy laws and not take bookings which will put you at risk of squatters . @Shayne30
