guest isnt able to pay his remaining balance

Hello! 

I just had a guest message me stating he wasn't able to pay his remaining balance and asked if there was a certain time that the payment will go through?

I looked it up and didn't really get anywhere except for the help center saying he would have scheduled payments.

If the guest doesn't pay by the due date then Airbnb will cancel his booking and the cancellation will be processed under the cancellation policy they booked under so like they will lose their deposit .

so it's in the guests interested to make sure they pay the balance when it's due @Kaela82
